Con: AMA 2009
Series: Vagrant Story
5 1/2 yards of $30 a yard satin faced silk chiffon went into this costume. The coin bra and belt were imported from an Indian seller and the jewelry was bought from a local jewelery importer. The circlet was made from gold plated chain, a light lavender swavorvski crystal and two cross findings. The belt was modified with gold plated chain, connectors and cross findings. The wig is a medium brown Willow wig from Cosworx with two wefts sewn into it. The Blood Sin rood was drawn on with a henna coloured Copic marker. This costume was more or less a joint effort between my friend Maggie and I. She allowed me to use her serger to finish off the edges of the veil and then ended up serging it for me as well as helping me sew in the rest of the wefts due to time constraints. Mags also drew the rood on my back the morning of the con.
